Far Away

You told me that, I said it too many times...

Yet has it reached you?

Has my worries and concern for you,

Ever tell you anything?

When I look around,

I have remained the same,

Yet you have changed so much,

Yet you have fallen so far

Not only you,

That I have placed my heart on,

So many others I have,

And still do,

Yet I have remained in the sky,

When all of you have evolved and became a falling star,

You all have descended on the green grassy land,

With brightly coloured plants called flowers,

And surrounded of blue waves called the sea,

Have you fallen so far?

That even when I chase after you,

With all I have,

Will I never reach you?

So far you are,

Yet so close you are,

I could have held  your hand,

In a slip I lost it.

Can I ever reach anyone now?...
