Joyce & Me

Joyce came over on the 16th of May 2011

You could say she finally infested me into IMVU. We did nothing much on the 16th as when we were home, it was very late. 11 pm I should say.

Then the next day we went out to have breakfast and later on we went to the bakery materials shop and we bought ingredients for a cake we wanted to try out on.

Obviously my designing life is now interfering with my daily life as I asked my mother where did she "save" the cooking utensils... Whereby I was supposed to ask her where did she "kept" them as I could not find them.

We went home around 5 o'clock because we went to carrefour before going home. The bakery materials shop did not have lemon and digestives biscuit that day. And all the trouble we went through to go carrefour we could not find the the digestive biscuit we were looking for and went and bought another brand of digestive biscuit which we used as a base for the cake.

We went home and set out the utensils and mixing the ingredients in the proper utensils as instructed by the book, but it seems that perfection is far out of our reach as we don't have an electronic mixer or a proper baking oven. The cake failed a little I guess, texture wise it was kind of weird but it tasted nice.

After that in the evening we had soup which was very nice. Unknowingly... I think we swiped the pot rather cleanly leaving only two slices of the supposed vegetation and some soup there.

:D I bought 3 pairs of shoes on that very day. A pair of slippers, a pair of sandals and a pair of sport shoes. I guess I still require one more pair of sport shoes, one is not enough for me to walk around the college campus and getting to the lrt to and fro somethings.

It was fun for meee! But I still haven't bought my mannequin gosh.... (-=-). I think I'll wait until the college restarts... SEM 5, here I come!

K+ON Day :3

Sem 4 is over and oddly enough my life took a much... a very much more busier turn than I had expected. I had planned to stay at home and rest as well as doing some 3D modelling, digital illustrations and photoshop since I was not satisfied with my final assignment's result.

Very unsatisfied with my own work but I guess fate isn't so kind as to just let me have that REST after a long struggle with the assessment which was at a level of "hard" as people often say in a game.

Well of course, its not the level of nightmare so I'm still coping up. What happened?

Ironically, it was not for the better.

The first week of my holiday left me bored and irritated from the lack of work and later on I fell sick when I had something to do.

The week after that I was became very busy, with things which are not mine but I do not mind helping and also that it was Mom's turn to fall sick then. Her cough and along with mine has not subsided although much better which leaves us at bitter end.

At the end of my 2nd week, I attended an event at an academy which leaves to be told later ;3 I had a great time and I jotted down about six or seven pages of notes during the event and I found out that the things I like and dreamed of doing is not the easiest but it is the hardest.

Realism, determination, passion and sensitivity is a vital part in making it a success. Not to mention efforts, time and sacrifices are required to be made.

Each angle requires check and fixing, each small detail is to be as great as the others and each part is to be compatible with each other. Multiple parts of one map to be one just as multiple people work together in an office to cook up a great game or a great story.

Careful dealing with left and right, up and down. There's no end to being cautious and brain wrecking. But it pleases the heart when a masterpiece presents.

I wonder will I one day be able to do that and stand on the same place as they are....
