Today went by just like every other day
But there are days where I clutch
My own head in my hands
I will huddle myself in a dark corner of my room
Under the table and amongst other things
As Time when on his way
Each step he took
I felt my emotions surface along with thoughts
That I wished I could have buried them
Under the thick lies I created for myself
The selfishness that created a line
My heart shed diamonds
My eyes shed tears
Tears... Diamonds...
Something made so to make others look
To make others hesitant
To make them worry
To make them feel fear
To make them pity you
A weapon used to trick others
Diamonds and Tears...
Were said to be the same...
One which is virtual
One which is real
Whichever it is, they cast the same
Spell on those who sees them...
Something made to make others look
Something just to look upon
Beautiful and Fragile
Touching the white ground of nothingness
It fell and shattered
Breaking the shield called Silence
Loneliness attacked, stabbed and slashed...
Screams pierced,
Tears fell,
A heart shattered,
Into pieces beyond repair
There is not a place
Makes the heart feel safe
Or at home and at ease
No place was made for the heart
But the heart will be forced to adapt
Over and over again
Until the finale
When one heart moves, two paths are opened
For I know what is light now...
It was cruel and hot...
Burning into my skin...
That was the first...
Then I saw a path half filled with puffs of clouds like cotton candy...
It was calm and warm...
The wind caressed my face and combed my hair...
That was the second...
With the decision of which path to take, I just might end up in a
DEAD END...
Where I never be accepted
Never asked for
Never favoured
Never noticed,
For none shall know its presence nor its thoughts
Or even how to heal the cuts...
For they did not even have the heart to look at it, noneless help
Because that's what life is...
A walk from your CRADLE to your GRAVE.....
